Leek contains a lot of carotin and is a representative of healthy vegetables. You can make a delicious leek saute using a Cook-zen.
1 bunch of leek
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
Wash the leek, shake off any water, and cut into 4 cm pieces.
Put leeks from step 1 into the Cook-zen. Add soy sauce and sugar and mix. Set the inner lid in the "closed" position, cover the outer lid, and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
