Vegetable Curry

This is a curry for the health of your body that uses a lot of vegetables that are among the top foods expected to prevent cancer as stated by the Designer's Foods program promoted mainly by the National Cancer Institute.

This recipe was also reviewed as a curry for cancer prevention by the NHK TV show "Tameshite Gatten".

野菜たっぷりのカレー -Vegetable Curry

Ingredients

50g Shimeji and Maitake

50g Moroccan green beans

100g Eggplant

1 onion (200g)

1 1/2 tsp orange marmalade

1 tsp sugar

1/3 tsp pepper

1 tsp salt

100cc water


Spices

1/3 tsp fenugreek

1/2 tsp cumin

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp coriander

1/2 paprika

1/3 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp coarse ground chilies

1 1/3 tsp salt

1/3 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp orange marmalade


Put all the ingredients and spices in the Cook-zen and mix. Set the inner lid to the "closed" position, cover with the outer lid, and heat in the microwave for 15 minutes.
