230 g flour
2/3 teaspoon baking powder
60g granulated sugar
35 g parmesan cheese
2-3 teaspoon black pepper
A pinch of salt
Soften the butter at room temperature.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Put ② in a bowl and mix. Add butter from ①, egg, and the rest of the ingredients and mix. Put in a bag, flatten with a cotton swab from above the bag, and let it sit in the refrigerator.
Sprinkle bread flour on a cutting board, remove and place ③ from the bag onto the board, and cut it into 1 cm x 6 cm cylinders.
Heat the oven, sprinkle the flour on the baking tray, put ④ on top, and bake at 180°C for about 8 to 10 minutes.
