Mussels Simmered in White Wine
White wine and mussels go well together and are recommended for hors d'oeuvres. The mussels are ready to be eaten when they have opened up in the Cook-zen.

Ingredients
12 mussels (550-600g)
2 cloves of garlic (finely minced)
100cc white wine
Put the mussels in a bowl, add a little water, and wash by hand. Rinse well while changing water several times.
Put all the ingredients in the Cook-zen, set the inner lid in the "closed" position, place the outer lid on, and heat in the microwave for 6-7 minutes.
