Gratin that can be easily made at home. It's a great match for red wine, white wine, and beer.
1 large onion
1 cup sliced cheese
100cc fresh cream
1 tbsp butter
A pinch of salt and pepper
Wash the potatoes, put them in a Cook-zen with the skin on, cover with a lid, and heat 4-5 minutes per piece. Alternatively, keep the skin on and boil for 15 to 20 minutes with plenty of hot water. Peel and slice.
Finely chop the onion and cook with butter until translucent.
Put the sliced potato from step 1 and the onions from step 2 in a heat-resistant container. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper, add fresh cream, and put plenty of cheese. Bake at 170°C for 7-8 minutes.
