A delicious healthy jam that you won't believe contains carrots.

1 apple (about 150g)
30cc Lemon juice
Peel carrots and shred. Remove the core of apples and shred with the skin on.
Put the carrot and apple from step 1, sugar, and lemon juice in the Cook-zen. Set the inner lid to the "closed" position, cover with the outer lid, and heat in the microwave for 15 minutes.
