Abalone Seaweed Soup
Chondroitin is a concentrated nutrient found in seaweed, including some of the components of the eyeball and cartilage. It is low in fat and high in protein. It is said to be good for weight loss, beautiful skin, recovery from fatigue, improvement of ocular nerves, and nourishment recovery.
20g salted seaweed
1 tbsp garlic clove, grated
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking sake)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp oyster sauce
2/3 to 1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper
Soak the seaweed into the water, remove the salt and cut into 1 cm pieces.
Wash the abalone with a brush, separate the flesh from the shell with a spoon, and slice it.
In a pan, sauté the grated garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then add the seaweed, slices of abalone, and the dark green part of the abalone, and sauté briefly. Then add water and seasonings and bring to a boil.
